About Pete Kunze
I am currently a visiting assistant professor of communication at Tulane University. I hold a PhD in English and another PhD in Media Studies. I've edited books on Wes Anderson, Maurice Sendak, Australian cinema, and stand-up comedy. My book project is on the Disney Renaissance, looking at it through the lens of film and theatre. I feel especially well-trained and invested in new books in film and media history, film genres, authorship and auteurism, media industry studies, television studies, digital culture, and children's literature and culture.Peter C. Kunze is a visiting assistant professor of communication at Tulane University.
