About Callie Smith
I have PhD in English from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. My primary research is centered around non-human animals and poetry. I am a museum educator at the Hilliard Art Museum in Lafayette, Louisiana, and an editor for Viewfinder, a National Art Education Association journal centered around social justice. My poetry has appeared in Notre Dame Review, Grist, RHINO, Blue Earth Review, among others.
