About Yash Sharma

I am a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Cincinnati with a background in International Relations and Comparative Politics. My thesis is on the mobilization practices of Hindu nationalist groups in India since 2014 with a specific focus on between-election mobilization, political communication, and anti-minority violence. My general interests are in the areas of religion and politics, right-wing nationalism, democratic erosion, sports and politics, and South Asia studies.
