Dany Christopher, "The Appropriation of Passover in Luke-Acts" (Mohr Siebeck, 2018)

Summary

Most studies on the theme of Passover in the Gospel of Luke have been confined to the story of the Last Supper (Luke 22:1-20). Dany Christopher, on the contrary, seeks to show where, how, and why Luke uses the theme of Passover throughout his two writings (Luke-Acts). Join us we talk with Dany Christopher about his recent book, The Appropriation of Passover in Luke-Acts (Mohr Siebeck, 2018). Dany Christopher earned his PhD from Durham University in 2016. He is assistant pastor at Gepembri Church in Jakarta, Indonesia, and lecturer at Great Commission Theological Seminary (STT Amanat Agung), also in Jakarta.
