About Raditya Nuradi

I'm a Phd candidate at Kyushu University. I work on contemporary Japanese religions and popular culture. My research explores how a practice inspired by narratives from popular culture plays a role in the construction of sacred spaces and how a pilgrimage can imbue new meanings to a place.

Raditya Nuradi is a Phd student at Kyushu University. He works on religion and popular culture, particularly anime pilgrimages. His research explores pilgrims' experiences through space and materiality.
