About Elizabeth Cronin

Elizabeth Cronin, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Brookline and Norwood, Massachusetts. With broad training in a variety of approaches to treatment she creates personalized plans to help her clients reduce anxiety and increase well-being. She is a host for The New Books Network podcast and interviews authors of books for the psychology channel as well as spiritual practice and mindfulness channel. She also leads a T-group for psychiatry residents at Boston Medical Center. She has a doctorate degree from William James College, a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. She has completed The Mindfulness Without Borders Certification training and is currently enrolled in the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Training program offered by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is passionate about mindfulness and excited about the documented benefits of this popular movement.
