And Dr. Gabriella Gutiérrez y Muhs, who is the Theilene Pigott McCone Chair for the Humanities and professor of modern languages and women studies in the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department at Seattle University. They are co-editors of Presumed Incompetent: The Intersections of Race and Class for Women in Academia, and of Presumed Incompetent II: Race, Class, Power, and Resistance of Women in Academia.
