About Elliot Dolan-Evans

My name is Elliot, I am a lecturer in law in Melbourne, Australia, and an Early Career Researcher. My research primarily looks at 'global public goods' and international governance efforts aimed at addressing them, such as questions of war and peace, climate change, and global health. I am the author of Making War Safe for Capitalism: The World Bank, IMF, and the Conflict in Ukraine. I previously worked as a lawyer and a medical doctor, and have spent much of my previous life volunteering in assisting refugees and asylum seekers in Australia.
