About Catherine (Katie) Godfrey
We are a small team at St. Augustine's Press and were set on launching our own podcast before our team member departed. It would be beneficial to collaborate rather than handle this on our own. My proposal is that I (editor and content director) would host episodes to be housed here on your platform. Caleb told me your primary listener is grad student/scholars seeking literature in their respective fields, and I think this is a perfect match. We also have many foreign authors and translations that need more exposure with American researchers. (And we would like to attract more translated works as well.) Our main genres are philosophy, politics, history, literary commentary, theology, with new editions of Shakespeare and other classics. Thank you for your consideration!
