Dan Hill has previously hosted "Dan Hill's EQ Spotlight" and "Great New American Essays" series on NBN. I would now like to co-host the podcast "Real Transformations" with Julie Anixter. It's a series I would welcome having under the Hosted Podcasts section, if acceptable, as I see it as working very much like Richard Lucas's series' Entrepreneurship & Leadership - i.e., a blend of interviews of authors and interviews of practioners. Otherwise, under Business, Management, and Marketing would seem like the best fit. I'm the author of 10 books, including Emotionomics and president of Sensory Logic. Julie Anixter was formerly the head of R & D for the Tom Peters Group, and is herself an entrepreneur. Our focus is on the fact that 75-90% of all company transformations fail, and we believe it's because they come from top-down mandates from the C-suite. We'd like to explore transformations that happen more organically, within people and teams and then out, across the organization. Our intent is to connect "inner reality" (mindsets and emotions) with "outer reality" (strategy, execution) across topics like company culture, employee engagement, innovation, customer experience, AI, and bringing in the next generation of talent to companies that will value empathy and creativity.
P.S. I couldn't figure out how to insert choices for the "Other Channels" section above properly.
