About Eric Grube

My name is Eric Grube, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of History at Boston College. I study modern German and Austrian history, with special emphases on borderland violence, fascism, and paramilitary organizations. I am currently finishing my dissertation on intra-German, intra-fascist infighting across the Austro-Bavarian border in the interwar decades. I am absolutely enthralled with digital and public history, especially podcasts, as a fruitful media for bringing awareness to and engaging with complex topics, in addition to pursuing self-education and self-enrichment. I would be thrilled and grateful to have the opportunity to assume a more active role in promoting public conversations about groundbreaking research from scholars across disciplines. Thank you very much for your time and kind consideration.
