Dr. Anne-Marie Verenna is a Professor of Biology at Delaware County Community College. She teaches the Human Anatomy and Physiology series to pre-allied health professionals and is currently serving as the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Faculty Fellow. She enjoys reading and researching the newest trends in teaching and learning. She uses this information to implement new strategies in her classroom, as well as provide professional development sessions to her colleagues. She earned her PhD in Anatomy from Temple University's School of Medicine, MS in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, BS in Science (life science option) from The Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Spanish (applied option) from the Pennsylvania State University.
