Head of Enterprise and Innovation Services and resident expert on enterprise education and business Growth Hubs at Lancaster University. Jon Powell has experience in supporting technology and knowledge-based start-up companies including University spin-outs. I have worked closely with hundreds of start-up companies (including but not limited to student and graduate start-ups) providing advice, guidance and in some cases acting as a Non-Exec Director. Support varies from market research, analysis, business planning, governance structures and financial planning. Fifteen years of experience as a Director of a local SME.
