About Michael LaMagna

Dr. Michael LaMagna is the Information Literacy Program & Library Services Coordinator and Professor of Library Services at Delaware County Community College. Previously, he served as the Coordinator of Electronic Resources at a small liberal arts college. Dr. LaMagna research, writes, and presents on topics related to academic libraries and higher education. Specifically, open education, digital learning, information literacy, digital badging and micro-credentials, and copyright education.. Dr. LaMagna received his EdD in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, MLS from St. John’s University, MA in History from Villanova University, and BA in History from Susquehanna University.
Dr. Michael LaMagna is the Information Literacy Program & Library Services Coordinator and Professor of Library Services at Delaware County Community College.
