Currently very interested in themes of financial repression. 50 years experience in International Fixed Income and foreign Exchange Senior positions with White Weld, Kidder Peabody , Midland Montagu, John Hancock and the last 25 years Federated Hermes. Developed the first platform to invest in trade finance assets and was lead author on a peer reviewed paper "Trade Finance as a Financial Asset: Risks and risk mitigants for non bank investors" Speaker at IMF World Bank annual meeting on the topic of local currency bond markets. Contributor to World Bank Handbook on Government Bond Markets Contributor to "Trade Wars are Class Wars" by Michael Pettis. Currently active in initiatives of the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Trade and Forfaiting Association to bring more financial investors to fill the $3 billion funding gap in global trade finance.
