Summary

In this episode, I speak with Terry Iverson about his book, Finding America's Greatest Champion: Building Prosperity Through Manufacturing, Mentoring and the Awesome Responsibility of Parenting (Fig Factor Media, 2018). This book highlights the importance of manufacturing in our economy as well as the ways parents, mentors, and teachers can work together to foster the character traits and critical thinking skills required in the twentieth-century workforce. We discuss how American manufacturing compares with manufacturing in Europe and the roles of various stakeholders in developing workers who add value to any organization.
